We are specialized in the modernization of older automation systems such as MMC 216, SIMATIC S5, SIMADYN D, AEG Modicon, Logidyn-D1 and SIMATIC TDC.

An essential feature of our modernization strategy is that we carry out the retrofitting while the plant is in operation. This has the great advantage for the customer that he avoids longer downtimes and can continue to produce during the conversion phase.

In order to achieve this, we start an extensive parallel and monitoring phase in advance, in which we test the new functions of the controls, regulators and drives, as well as the functions of the visualization.

All this is done without requiring additional downtimes apart from the scheduled plant stops for normal maintenance works.
