Quality data acquisition

The automatic acquisition and analysis of quality data (high cyclic in milliseconds) is an essential part of our range of products and services.

The measuring quality data are received from the existing automation system and stored length- and time-based on a measuring Windows PC. Subsequently, the quality data are transferred into a database, evaluated statistically (e.g. for limit value violations) and represented as PDF report.

Basis of the quality data recording is the iba QDR system.
